This Legal Agreement governs your use of carsonpue.com and applies to all visitors, subscribers, and clients engaging with services through this website.

• carsonpue.com provides leadership coaching, retreats, and related resources.

• Specific terms for coaching or retreat participation (including fees, scheduling, and cancellation policies) will be outlined at the time of registration or contract.

3. Payments (Future Use)

• Payments for services may be processed securely via Stripe or other third-party providers.

• You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges for services purchased.

4. Cancellations & Refunds (Future Use)

• Refund and cancellation policies will be specified at the point of booking for retreats or coaching.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Carson Pue (including retreat content, coaching resources, and published works) remain the intellectual property of Carson Pue and may not be distributed without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Participation in retreats, coaching, or use of site resources is voluntary. Carson Pue and carsonpue.com are not responsible for personal outcomes, decisions, or consequences resulting from participation.

7. Amendments

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of any changes.
